Compared to suction sandblasting, our MACBLAST pressure blasting cabinet is engineered for tough cleaning job,delivers higher abarasive velocity for greater intensity, can increase your production rate much more efficiently. Widely used for rust remove, mill scale, carbon buildup and heat scale from metals, moreover, common applications also include: 1.eliminate burrs, parting lines,finishings, and other defects from castings and injection-moulded parts; 2.powder coating, plating,strip paint, and anodizing from parts for rework; 3.extract residual sands and muds from castings; 4.etch artwork and lettering into glass, stone, plastics, metal and other materials; 5.beautify steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass and other materials with uniform matte finish.
We also offer other options to meet our customers requirement like cartridge filter, motorized rotating basket, boron carbide nozzle, gun holder, safety switch, etc.
