This PLC indexing turntable type automatic wet sandblasting machine is designed and developed for complex structures like turbo impellers or car rims,etc.it is a versatile, can switch quickly from cleaing one part to another, changing fixtures and repositioning blast guns just takes a few minutes, our ma-1212w-4 come figured for either 2-station or single station indexing. two-station indexing puts 2 parts in each of blast, blow-off and load positions.Single station indexing allows multi-step blasting, like inside, outside, top and bottom.
Our exclusive submersible pumps is specially engineered to have the functions to sufficiently agitate medias and water therby to allow a uniform mix slurry and distribute to the blast gun.
