Our conveyor belt automatic sandblasting machine is designed and developed for flat products like steel sheet, mobile telephone shell, TV frame, cake pan, kitchen ware, cookware, cooking utensil, utensil rack,etc. It is a versatile, can cater to a wide array of small to mid-size of flat products.
Blasting on aluminum sheet or steel sheet can provide uniform, satin like reflective surface that contrast well, visually with high polished finishes.
Our high efficient separator reclaimer for abrasive media is installed on the main cabinet top to refilter reusable abrasive back to the blast guns via gravity flows; optional bucket elevator system for recovery of heavy abrasive like large-grained steel grit or steel shoot.
